Stempania troubles

Whenever I play StepMania in regular mode, if it's set to play n songs per game, it plays n-1 of them then decides the set is done. WTF?

I've noticed that too. Though I played a little today and actually had a Final stage! I don't remember whether it did that as the third or fourth stage, though, (I had set it to 4 stages per play so I would get the three I'm used to). The difference today was creating a profile, though that didn't make a difference on my other computer.

Under options, I think it's part of "Machine Options"
