Deadlift: 145 kg x8. Maybe this was closer to two sets of 4, given that I had to rechalk halfway through.
Conditioning: 300 double-unders, 150 sit-ups, 75 push-ups, in however many intervals of 30s on / 15s rest it takes. Switch exercises each round (I didn't get that message until after four rounds of double-unders). Unexpectedly, sit-ups were my weak spot here, but I managed to finish in 30 intervals.
