Ok, I need to stop this now.

I don't like having a short temper.

I was hoping to have a decent game of Illuminati tonight. I understand that froshChris hasn't played before, but I was getting really immensely frustrated with having to explain the same things over and over, and with distractions, having to wait and drag attention back. It got to the point where I simply decided the game was over.

I really, really don't like being this touchy. I actually snapped when a frosh came in and squirted me with a water balloon (while I had the pieces of the paper-based card game in my hand, mind you). There was absolutely no humor in my voice when I bitched him out and told him to shoo - somehow I was too pissed to even manage "fuck off" and just stuck with "shoo". MacKenzie, thanks for being the voice of reason and reminding me that I wouldn't be doing myself any favors by sticking around.

My car is still in Sontag lot after the cheesecake trip. I guess it gets to come back tomorrow, unless I come back to campus for Scrippsie Serenade after all. It's not seeming likely, unless I get a violent and total mood reset, though I can't imagine where I'd find one of those.

Summer apparently had the opposit of its intended effect. Can I start over?

Maybe it's something else? I know I'm always really grumpy when I don't eat right. And then I think I'm a horrible and bitchy person when in reality, I'm just hungry.

And oh my, do I wish there were more summer.... if you figure out a way to make it happen, take me with you.

I think I'm still getting used to having a lot of people around as opposed to practically no people. The frosh who was watching me play videogames was able to piss me off far too easily, too. I suspect that after a week or two, we'll be more used to the frosh and better able to tolerate their foibles.
