I feel crappy for doing this.

It's like free iPods, but free flatscreen monitors, about on par with those in the terminal room. The new ones.

Everyone follow me like sheep

There's another catch, that you have to sign up for an offer with one of their allies. One of them is eBay: sign up and make one bid. Not necessarily a winning one.

So, let me see if I get this:

I give them my e-mail address, create a new eBay account, bid on some piece of crap that I'll get outbid on in a second, and then I get a free badass monitor? Am I missing anything that would make me not want to do this immediately?

Well, the thing is, you also need a handful of your nearest and dearest friends to do the same thing before you get a TV. Its a pyramid scheme, which works right well if you're near the upper bit. (Not intended as criticism, just explaining how they can get away with it.)

Oh. Suck. Well, I guess it's still worth a try. I wouldn't argue with a chance at a free monitor.

Plus, at least [livejournal.com profile] memnus will have a better chance of getting his. =o]
