Pain

My hip hurts like a bitch - usually I have better balance on skates than that. But last night I was dragging Jeremy around the ice on a bucket and underestimated the spin, my skates went out from under me and I landed flat on my side. Ouch.

My little surprise seems intact. None of you will be spilling it I trust...! Just in case I am going to lock the posts concerning it for the next few days.
