My sister makes fudge in the microwave. I think she has another recipe for burn-proof fudge involving marshmallow creme. I can't remember where she got them, though.
I don't havemashmallow creme on hand, and am honestly not sure where in the store to look for it. The burning turned out ok, though - once I got down to the blackened carbon crust, I started trying to clean it with isopropyl alcohol.
Then I decided, "Hey, I could light this on fire." Any ordeal that includes a "foomp" like that on purpose can't have been totally wasted.
Nope, it's the 28th and 29th, at ASU. I'll almost certainly have a "holy crap I'm so not ready for this" post in the week leading up to it if you need a reminder.
