Crack?

SMAC is working. Last summer I tried it on this computer and it crapped out - but now I've found where the fix is. I think the one thing I did try overwrote the SMAC-X 2.0 patch, rebreaking the drones and the Consciousness and random other stuff. Must finish this game then try repatching.

If it breaks it again, I will laugh. At least it's an easy fix.

Mm.... kicking alien and pirate butt.... don't let this kill my homework time.
