Squats: doubles week, 157kg x2 x3. This is 1kg less than my last doubles, but my back exploded immediately after those so really it's not so bad, considering.
Bench press: 81kg x5 x3. At least, that was the goal. I actually made 4/5/4, so, same weight in two weeks.
Pull-ups: three sets to failure. 7/7/6
