Workout log (backdated)

Forgot to post this yesterday.

Squats: 115kg x2 x12 @60 seconds

Conditioning: 5 rounds, 100m farmer's walk with 24kg kettlebells, 6 push press @50kg, chin-ups to failure. Had to drop to 20kg kettlebells for the last round, managed 4/4/3/3/4 chin-ups.
