Our sink can properly drain water again.

Marshall's sister (I assume it's his sister, or sister-in-law if not) was just in the other half of Time Suck, with the baby. Cute kid.

Eckert was strongly advising that we don't actually do the homework for next monday.

I actually got up and had a real breakfast this morning - inasmuch as Rice Krispies Crunchins and honeydew is a real breakfast.

Later today I need to walk down to Pomona and get written permission to take Lighting and Sound Management. I also need to figure out what the hell I'm doing about my second hum next semester.

Hey Brian, it's Karen H. (from West) :) I happened across your LJ through a random bout of really bored LJ browsing..

Cool that you are taking Lighting and Sound Management! :) Question tho, did you contact the prof to get written permission for that class? I'm aiming to take Costume Design next semester and have had no luck contacting the professor either through phone or email contact.. should I just go down to the Pomona theater department office and harass them there?

I actually just wandered completely at random into the theatre department office (in Seaver Theatre) and said I was interested in the class. The woman at the desk gave me a signed form with the class on it, and I left.

I wanted to take costuming, but it's in a crappy timeslot. It's my weakest area of theatre stuff, and I could use to buffer it up a bit. Maybe next semester.

Cool cool, I just got the permission slip today. Goodness Seaver is far. X_@ Depending on how my Hum requirements go and what I decide to concentrate in, I'm also eyeballing the prop and makeup design class.. sounds like fun (and a pleasant change from all our tech classes)
