Schedule

Finally got everything filled out for next semester. It's not as easy as I'd been hoping, though.

CSCI 070 HM Data Structures/Prgm Development Kuenning -T-R- 2:45 - 4:00
CSCI 081 HM Computability and Logic Stone M-W-- 2:45 - 4:00
MATH 164 HM Scientific Computing dePillis -T-R- 1:15 - 2:30
THEA 020B PO Theatre Crafts: Lighting/Sound/Mgmt Taylor M-W-- 9:00 - 10:50
PSYC 160 PO Perception & Cognition Banks M-W-- 1:15 - 2:30

So there it is. I may have no friday classes, but I do have three solid hours of class every afternoon, and four round trips to Pomona twice a week. And I have a CS70 workload along with everything. It's only 15 credits, but I anticipate almost as much stress next semester as I had this semester. However, this will all be stuff I'm very much interested in. I have the signatures from Taylor and Banks already; just need Thom and Barron now. Lighting and Sound will be a lot of fun - amusingly, it'll be the first actual class I've taken on technical theatre, over five years after being irrevocably dragged in. Costuming is my weak point in theatre, but I couldn't take it in its timeslot. Perception and Cognition may be difficult, but when I visited Banks for his signature, he seemed crazy and spacy enough to make it fun. So, we'll see. If all else fails, I've got some room to drop stuff; either SciComp or Cognition.

Aside from having to go to Pomona you're schedule doesn't seem too bad time wise, you don't have any Friday classes and your classes arn't really early in the morning.

Dude, that is a frickin' sweet schedule. Everything fits in the M-R 1:15-4:00 block (less Theatre which I assume is in the evening). Sort of resembles my schedule this semester. Actually, now that I think about it, it's sort of an all-round CSy type schedule. And good distribution too, 3 techs and 2 hums. Very well done.

I just wish I could rummage meself up as nice a schedule for next semester. Unfortunately, I fear it will not come to pass. Gone are the days of free Fridays. Alas, poor Friday, I knew him well.

Oh, and you couldn't have picked better profs for 70 or 81. Kuenning and Stone are about as good as you will find for those courses. I myself took them from O'Neill and Bull respectively. Compared with that, you are making out like a bandit.

So yes, mad props on the schedule.

No, that's morning. I was specifically avoiding evening classes, actually, becasue they're pissing me off this semester. I go brain-dead about six and just can't stand to be in class doing work.
