In looking for a disk to overwrite as a boot disk for Soultooth, I discovered one labelled "MS-DOS 6.2".

Loading /etc/console/boottime.kmap.gz

Repeat.

This immediately after it said it ran out of space, even if it said it only needed 800 MB. I know it's a 1.44G hard drive, and only 100M is set aside for swap.

Sigh.

Start over.... Meanwhile on this computer, Exploder refuses to connect to anything.

I keep hearing voices. This in itself is not especially disconcerting, as I was of course warned that my cousins would be having company around for whatever reason. However, it can be worrisome to hear laughing and chatting but look out my window and see absolutely nobody, the sound echoing off the far side of the valley to get here. Usually when people are around they're at least somewhere I can see them.

I don't even know if this is worth posting.
