Whew.

Finally got BANE working with two monitors. Turned out the problem was that Windows XP is very limited in what it can consider its 'secondary' video port; neither of the PCI cards I'd tried fit the bill. So the "obvious" solution was to jump into the BIOS and tell it that the PCI card was the primary video card. Since it worked, it booted up fine and everything was good.

Prof. Thom is giving today's Stauffer talk at 11 today in Galileo Edwards. Come see it, she's already promised to make fun of me and Chris. Man, she's sleep-depped today.
