Hrm. Yeah, I've got enough here for maybe three pages worth.  Possibly four if I'm flowery about it.

What do you consider beautiful?

The question got me thinking.  I'm not a very visual person; more of a tactile one.  My strongest memories are of motions and shapes, rather than pictures.  I'm far more likely, at least at first, to recognize someone by their pose or walk than by their face.  I find beauty in small things, moments really.

The way a hand can trace a cheekbone or a hairline, or a stray lock of hair falls from behind an ear. The way two hands fold together. The flow of an ankle-length skirt.  The gentle curve of a bow. The space between a person's collarbones.

Clear night skies, or (ironically) city lights from above. Snow-covered trees. Thunderstorms on dark nights. Grass bending in the wind.  Slow, light snow under a streetlight.  Endless moments of weightlessness. A single candle flame in a darkened room.  Subtle and unexpected wordplay.

This entry brought to you by Final Cut Pro: I've sat here fore two hours trying to get one clip captured.
