Poker night?!

Got home ridiculously early, and had dinner at the LAC barbeque (my first veggie burger ever. Not so bad; wish I'd gone to retrieve real cheese first). From there wandered around, chatted with quartzpebble over chai, and ended up in Sontag for poker with solkanar512, Mark, Frances, bennj, and FroshAndy. Despite play what I'm certain was horrible strategy - pretty conservative, but nothing set - I ended up third of six. Should definitely be a repeated experience.

Oh, the wonderful feeling that is an entire free afternoon and evening tomorrow. I'm thinking Drink Drink Revolution after dinner if anyone else is up for it. Rules are, play a random song. If you pass, take a drink - at or above your general level, a sip; a bit below your usual, a significant swig but not a full glass; an otherwise trivial song for you, a full drink or shot. If your song is by Captain Jack, you need to drink either Captain Morgan or Jack Daniels or both. The reason I say "if anyone else is up for it" is that (a) I don't drink alone and (b) longer queue means slower drinking. Can probably even bring my computer out to the suite lounge for the purpose.

But now, bed, then the rec class in the morning.
