A food to remember:
N fish fillets, preferably some light fish (cod tonight, trout, swordfish, snapper maybe)
N/6 of a batch of biscuit dough
2N slices of prosciutto
Lay down two slices of prosciutto. Pull and squish dough to about the same shape as the slices, about a quarter inch thick. Use this blob to wrap a fish chunk. Repeat. Arrange all in a baking pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Deliciousness: 8/10
Abominability: 4/10 or more depending on what's in the biscuit dough
Cleanup: 2/10, better for high N
Leftoverability: unknown, probably low
*: 7N/24 cups flour, N/2 tsp baking powder, N/12 tsp salt, mix. Add N tbsp shortening, N/6 cup milk, and herbs to deliciousness. Stir and knead until it sticks to itself instead of other stuff. Herbs used this time were the crunchy bits left over after making garlic butter of doom.
