Before I forget

I just noticed that the trees in the courtyard are budding. (If they've been for a while, you don't need to tell me how slow to catch up I am.) I'm not normally the type to be lost in such things, but somehow right now I find them almost magically beautiful, with the bright-yet-subdued lavender tones against the drab day....

I've been feeling very drifty, lately. There is a post bouncing around in my head about recent changes to my life, and the evolution of my identity, but it is not ready to be let out yet. Maybe later.
